Research interest: spiritual formation within online theological education, social networks and online transformational community, postmodern/millennial spirituality, spiritual formation and emotional health.

Master's and doctoral level courses developed and taught: Spiritual Formation 1,2 ,& 3, Spiritual Formation Foundations, Christian Spirituality, Spiritual Formation and Community, Spiritual Formation and Vocational Integration, Elements of Spiritual Formation, and Models of Biblical Discipleship. Courses developed and delivered in on-campus, hybrid and/or online formats. Developed, and launched online Masters of Arts and Masters of Divinity programs in Christian Spiritual Formation, which included feasibility study and curriculum creation. Responsible for managing all aspects of a rapidly growing Divinity distance learning program, which included: technical administration of learning management system, working alongside faculty in the development of nineteen online courses, faculty training for effective online course instruction, accreditation compliance with Association of Theological Schools (ATS) and Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS), retention, textbook and information management, tri-annual student residencies, student communication, and academic advising.
